Hi everybody and welcome to today's stretching.
So today...
I'm gonna wet up.
Oh my God.
My laundry just fell over.
Hey, when that happens.
All right, so today we're gonna continue on
with just some basic stretching.
This you can do on your bed.
You can do 'em on the floor, wherever you are.
I'm using a pillow today.
You guys don't have to use a pillow.
You can use the floor.
And it's very effective.
You can just stretch out.
Then you just come down and hold the legs.
And this is called frog pose.
Your feet are at 90 degrees.
Okay, and when you start, you can start down here.
And just breathe very gently.
And then after you do it for a little bit, you might be able to come up.
Now I've had to work very hard to get to this position.
So don't feel bad if it takes you a while.
And it's easier to do on the pillow than it is on the floor.
You can do it on your bed. It's really easier on the bed than the floor.
Now just play with it. Do different with the pillow, without the pillow.
Also remember to check your hand placement. Fingertips, palm, and then wrist.
You don't want to put all your weight on your wrist because that can cause damage to your wrist as well as your thumb.
When you're in this position, you just want to breathe. Push your shoulders down your back.
