Alright, hello everybody. Welcome to today's stretching. So today we're going to do some
abdominal work. It's very easy. There's so many ways you can work your abdominals. You
can lay on your back and lift your leg up and down, take your time. But just sitting,
and just very slowly, coming forward and backwards, is effective. Alright? For those of you that
can't sit with your legs out like this, you can sit with your legs, with your knees bent.
Or you can also put your legs down. You can also cross your legs and your arms. As well,
you can reach with both hands. And then switch and do the other side. That way you're working
sides of your hamstring as well as your abdominals. So this is a great way to get your abs to fit
very quickly. You can also lay down on your back, flip your hips up, and then just come
up and down. You can come up onto the backs of your hands, and just pressing one leg out.
So you can do this for a couple of minutes. And then you can just come back up. So you
