Okay guys, I'm going to start with the side plank here today.
So, bring yourself up.

Okay, we're going to switch sides.
Now we're going to lift and lower here.
Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
Oh, you thought you were strong until you started doing these.
So, we're going to get some core here.
Keep the core tight.

Okay, we're going to roll back.
Just extend your leg out.
You want to be up on the heels.
Feet down and you're just going to lift up.
Extend your leg out and just hold.
Using your own body weight here.
And lower down.
Okay, now we're going to do like a crab walk.
So, come up.
One more.
And lower down.
Those are harder to do than you think they are.
Okay, we're going to just stretch the leg out now.
Left leg out, going to lift up.
Lift the leg.
Six.
Switch sides.
Four.
And drop down.
Okay, we're just going to take a minute, stretch forward, stretch out the shoulders.
You get a little cardio doing that.
And then forward, stretch out the hamstrings.
Drop the head.
And just let your body weight come down.
