Okay, hello everybody. So today I'm just going to show you guys how to do a quick stretch

for your back and distracting your lower core. So these are things you can do if you have

you know kind of a big belly or weak abdominals, if you've got lower back pain, this is going

to help that. So as well as doing the lay back on the pillow, which feels really good.

So what you're going to do, just take a deep breath in and out, you're going to squeeze

the abdominals tight here, you're going to flex your feet and you're going to lift up

one leg and lower it and then the other one. And only lift it up as high as you can go.

So if you've got tight hamstrings, you might be way down here. But what you're doing here

is you're getting the hips moving, you're stretching out the hamstrings, you're working

the quads and working the entire lower half of your abdominals. Alright, so now you're

going to do the arms too, above your head. Just keep the muscles in your legs squeezed,

strengthening your legs here.

And I like to do about a 90-1 and just shift your hip down and then come back up with the

other one. You'll feel it stretching the psoas muscle in the back of your hip there.

And then I want you to sit up and move the pillow and then do the same thing, laying
