You can even do them sitting up.

So just up and down your shoulder blades.

And let's do a couple of bridges.

Just do the heels.

And lift the toes up a little bit.

If you want to deepen this stretch, you can push your knees together while you're doing it.

Or you can hold a cushion between your knees and squeeze.

Now you're just going to bring your knee up.
