You really need to focus your breathing when you're doing it.
So,

Go ahead and lie back all the way down onto your back.
Bring the soles of the feet together.
So, lay down,
breath.
And then start to deepen your breath.
Happy baby, draw both knees in wider than your rib cage.
Reach for the outer feet or the hamstrings and exhale as you pull on the legs, flattening your back against the mat.
Relax into the floor for a moment.
Grab behind your hamstrings and come up to a comfortable seated position.
Raise your arms overhead. Inhale. Exhale. Fold forward, lower your legs and bring your arms out in front.
Slowly walk your hands back to the seat.
Reach your arms overhead. Inhale.
Exhale, side stretch.
Plant your right hand down by your right hip and stretch your left arm up and over.
Root through the left hip and stretch the left fingertips away.
