Good morning everybody. So today I'm just going to do a free flow. I want to try to

help you guys get your mobility back. So it's kind of a full body thing. So the

next few videos that I'm going to be doing, I'll be working on sections of the

body. Just very quick, you know, maybe 15 minute shows. Just to show you different

ways that you can get your body moving. So try them and see if they work for

you. It's kind of a yoga and stretching and mobility. It's a full body thing. You can

just do your neck and you know expect to feel better. You have to learn how to do

each one, each section of your body to get each section moving and then put

them all together in this very quick effective flow that works for you in

the morning. So you don't have to spend a lot of time doing yoga. Maybe 20 minutes,

30 minutes a day. I do 30 minutes in the morning and I do 30 minutes at night. But

throughout my day I'm also doing, you know, conscious awareness of how I'm

sitting. Making sure I'm sitting up straight. Making sure my computer is

upright. Making sure I'm, you know, not looking down at my phone, you know, or

slouching on the computer. So you just have to become conscious as well as, you
