Okay, good morning everybody.

So, we're going to start with ******* pose.

Just calm down.

Put your head down. Take some deep breaths.

Okay, move side to side slowly.

Nice deep breathing.

Now walk the hands to the right.

Keep your down muscle.

Now back to the center.

And arm to the left.

And back to the center.

Come up to tabletop. Check your hands.

Fingertip, palm, wrist.

Now we're going to just circle the hips here.

Very gently.

And stop.

And turn the other direction.

Now we're going to extend the right leg out.

Take a deep breath in.

And just sit back.

Stretch out the leg.

Keep the leg engaged.

And the foot rolled down to the ground.

Core engaged.

And slowly come up to tabletop.

And we're going to put the left leg out.

Roll the foot down.

And sit back.

Stretch the leg.

Keep everything squeezed.

And slowly come up.

And we're going to lay down on our back.

Extend the right leg up.

Cross it over your leg.

You're going to gently lift up.

And pull the leg to you.

You can put your hand on this leg.

Open up that hip.

Keep the feet flexed. Your abdominals tight.

The legs squeezed.

Nice.

Nice deep breathing here.

We're going to drop the leg down.

And extend the right leg up.

Reach up and gently pull it forward.

We're going to do some ankle circles here.
