Okay, we're gonna do this tomorrow.

So we're gonna squat down.

Yeah, that's weird.

The door maybe?

Or the heater.

So just rolling back and forth like so.

It's kind of fun.

Wow, nice.

Yeah, I'm letting my abdominals warm down.

So this is good for core work.

This is not a lot.

You just rotate back and forth,

keep the abdominals tight.

Good.

Right.

Are you guys shining?

Yeah?

It's good for you, right?

Now let's look to the other side, stretch the neck.

You're gonna back to center.

Okay.

And then you're gonna just kind of go in a little circle.

Move your body.

And then you go the other way.

Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

Now we're gonna come up, very slow.

Oh, that's gonna be hard on the knees.

And then we're gonna come back down

and you're gonna kick the legs up.

And I want it very slowly.

That's hard on the knees, not gonna lie.

So you might need a little help with that,

maybe sit on your yoga block.

And then just very gently,

it's hard for me even to,

I'm not gonna lie, that was not fun.

Going out of it, get the knees going.

But I need to do some more work with my legs and stuff too.

So hamstrings.

Okay, so once you've tapped it out like that,

okay, kind of bring your legs back up

and we're just gonna drop them down.
