Good morning everybody. So today we're going to work on opening the legs and stretching

out the back. So you're going to come to tabletop, roll your shoulders down and back. Lower the

abdominals and deep breath in and exhale to round it up to the sky. Really pushing everything

out the back. Okay, I'm going to drop the box down. And I want you to focus on the colors

of your chakras, the base of your spine. So start with the root chakra, the red,

and then the orange and yellow. Keeping your abdominals squeezed tight, you're activating the

lower chakras. Shoulders down and back. And one final breath up, push everything out.

And then on the ground.

Rub the energy off your spine into your heart chakra, which is green, into the throat,

and up to the third eye, and then on the ground.

And I want you to take a deep breath in. I want you to bring your right leg forward.

And you're just going to rotate this weight forward to stretch out the hip flexor. Drop

the shoulders down and back. Keep your legs engaged, core engaged. You can draw the light

from your crown. Down your arms to root into the ground. And down through your spine,

now your legs to root into the ground. And rotate back. Walk your hands back.

Stretching out the back of the leg, hamstrings.
