My neck is kind of tight and there's lots of dust in the air right now. So it's

a lot of it's just from that. Lots of pollen in the air. So I'm just gonna stretch the back here.

You're just leaning to the side, lifting your elbow up and just stretching to the side.

Now there's many ways you can do this. Same stretch. I have my hands clasped behind my head

and my elbows are up. Just reaching, pulling up elbows to the sky. Core is tight. Stretch to the

side.

You want to take nice deep breaths here.

Really stretch.

Pull that elbow up to the wall.

Listen to your body, wherever you are in time, that's where you want to stretch into.

Now you can also put your hands straight up and do the same thing.

Reach over to the wall.

Let's do some shoulder rolls.

Just want to get those.

Again, there's many ways you can do the shoulder rolls.

You can be down like this.

You can be around like this.

You can go full circles.

And I recommend that you guys try everything because every way you move is different.

And that's the key to keeping your body going.

Is to do those.
