Bring the elbows up.

At any time if you feel like you're getting out of breath,

just start moving your legs.

And then when your heart rate drops down a little bit,

you can pick it back up.

All right, now we're gonna punch out.

Good.

So getting a little bit of twisting here.

If you're getting confused with the legs,

just stop with the legs for a little bit.
