Alright, so continuing on with frog pose.
So you just come down and I'm using a pillow to start with.
I already did my warm up so I always recommend you warm up before doing your strenuous work.
But the frog pose is just the legs at 90 degrees, feet at 90 degrees.
And when you first start I recommend using the pillow.
I like to just, you know I like a little bit of movement in there so just to move back and forth.
And slowly come up.
And I like to just hold this position.
Kind of rocking a little bit, but you don't have to rock.
I just like to add that little movement.
And then you're going to walk slowly to the right or to the left, whichever way you are starting.
When you first start doing this, you're going to find it's very tight.
So you want to use a cushion to help you.
Because you don't want to hurt anything.
And I'm even tight for me to come up onto my elbows or to my hands.
You can, you know, come up like this and then lower down.
And for me that is like, ooh.
But by doing it, you're going to slowly get everything moving in there.
I think that's one of the things when you're working out, you have to have that determination.
You want to, I'm determined I'm going to get my hips open.
I'm determined I'm going to get them tighter.
