Welcome. So today we're just going to work on the legs, the hips, and a little bit of core work.

I've been starting to work on my core again and I'm a little sore in my core so I'm just

going to bring the legs up. You know I used to start with some little tiny circles here.

Five, six, seven, and eight. And we're going to reverse. One, two, three, four, five, six,

seven, and eight. Bring those knees into your chest. We're going to flex the feet. Reach down

and grab those toes. Gently pull the toes back. Deep breaths in and out. Now we're going to extend

the legs up. Stretch the back of the legs. Stretch the back of the legs. Okay, and now we're just going to do some little

circles here. Two, three, four, five, six, seven, and eight. And then reverse.

Four, five, six, seven, and eight. Alright, we're going to alternate raising and lowering the legs here.

Seven, and eight. Bring the knees down. Put your hands behind your head. We're just going to lift your head up here.

That's going to give you an abdominal workout too. Two, three, four, five, six, seven, and eight. Hold the legs there.

We're going to alternate bringing the feet up and down.

Bring the legs back down. Drop the head down. Bring the knees together. We're going to just drop both legs over to the left side.
