Welcome back everybody.
So today we are going to work on the hip openers again.
I want you to sit down in the frog pose.
To work into that you can take a yoga block and put it underneath you.
It can be kind of hard to sit all the way down all the way right away when you first
start so just using that yoga block can help.
You can also use a cushion if you like.
And then just work to slowly come forward and back here.
Drop the head back.
Push the jaw forward.
And then slowly lower down to the ground.
Round the head.
Round the pose.
Now we will just do a flow here.
Exhale forward and back.
Now if you are doing this and you feel it kind of pulling on your knee then you need
to stop and stretch your quads before going any further.
So to stretch the quads you just turn around and you are just going to lean back.
Now if your quads are really really tight and this is too much you can extend one leg
out and stretch the other quad.
Ultimately if you are doing this you want to be able to come down and if you can lay
all the way back down on the ground.
Oops I got my yoga block back there.
I am going to move that out of the way.
So you want to lay all the way back down on the ground.
And tip the pelvis under.
Keep the core squeezed.
Keep everything engaged.
