Good morning, everybody. Second part of this series, we did the head and neck and shoulders.
I wanted to add to that, doing underneath the jaw. So a lot of times, you know, we're
tired, we clench our jaw, we *****. When you chew your food, if you're only chewing on
one side of your jaw, it's ticking your jaw. So become conscious, if you can, to chew on
both sides of your jaw so you're equaling the pressure. That will help relieve tinnitus,
ringing of the ears. Something else that causes it is having tight shoulders, tight neck.
So when you're going forward and backwards, you can also push your jaw forward very slowly.
So as you come backwards, push the jaw.
Deep breath in, exhale.
Inhale, exhale.
Make sure you're sitting up straight, your stomach is tight, shoulders down and back, chest out.
Inhale, exhale.
Okay. You'll probably notice that it's very, very time-consuming. Another thing you can do is
massage with the peppermint essential oil. I'll put the link to that in this video. It's very easy
to make. You just need a couple drops of peppermint essential oil and you can use g****seed oil.
Massage it on there, just very lightly massage it in. And you can do that, you can just do that
while you are, you know, you can just sit and tip your head back and massage it. Massage it all
