Welcome to today's show.

So today we're going to continue on with the legs.

There's so many different ways you can do the legs.

It's important to do them all because you need to get them moving in all those directions that you don't normally do it.

You can sit a lot, you can be on a desk a lot.

It's just really important to come back and do those stretches or leg works at the end of your day.

You want to get your legs moving.

So today we're going to lay down and we're going to concentrate on the outer thighs.

So just go lift up and down.

Up and down.

And if you can't get up as high as me, just go as high as you can.

Maybe you can only get to here. That's okay too.

Just wherever you are. You want to try to maximize and get up higher.

So start with the lower and as you do them, you'll start to stretch everything out.
