I'm going to do a little bit different. I don't know if you guys noticed or not but
I'm starting to change my exercise routine. I'm still doing yoga but I'm doing a lot more
strength training on my legs. So that's what I'm going to show you guys today. Some different
techniques that you can do for your legs. So you always want to do a little bit of
warm up and stretching. So just kind of sitting in the cat back. You know your feet as close as
you can. Just start out where you can. I think it's just 90 degrees. You kind of want to just
very slowly walk forward and backward. And what I've been working on lately is my hip mobility.
If you've got any kind of lower back pain it's because your hip joints are speeding up.
And as we get older we do a lot of sitting and standing in one place. So that's what causes it.
So you're just going to sit 90 degrees, 90 degrees. And you're going to just lift your leg.
You want to lift that leg up a little bit. It's a very slow movement. And you want to feel it
in the top of your hip joint. Now you lift up. You want to squeeze all that muscle back there.
Squeeze the leg. Squeeze the calves. Squeeze the glutes.
Okay. Now something to help it out. You can put your foot on a block.
And challenge yourself to lift off the block. You're just going to get a higher
