Hello everybody. I'm super excited. I did an unboxing. I was so excited to like, "Oh, I got something in the video. Woohoo!"

And then I forgot to turn the volume on. So I don't have that unboxing video for you.

But somebody graciously got me this wonderful Gorilla Mat.

No tag, so I can't say thank you. But I can say thank you.

And knee pads. Because I've been complaining that my knees are getting sore.

Because I'm always on my knees.

So today I'm just going to do a video for you guys.

To test out my gear. And to say thank you. So it's kind of like a thank you video.

So let's just start with...

Stretching out and relaxing.

So the pump and pause, that's a good one for your shoulders.

And now we'll just come up to tabletop.

It feels a bit weird having knee pads on.

I'm not used to it, but I like it already because my knees aren't sore already, which

doesn't take long.

So deep breath in.

And out.

Deep breath out. Deep breath in. Really push your back up to the ceiling. As you exhale,

you really get a nice deep stretch there.

Now you guys know I'm working on my legs so I'm just going to start by coming forward

and kind of like walk my leg out a bit.

This one is called lizard and you really feel it on the inside of your left leg.

Really stretching out that inner thigh.
