So we're going to do some tension band stretching today.
I got my 20 pound band.
And we're just going to warm up before we do that.
So just take some deep breaths.
Just moving the spine. Keep everything engaged here.
Nice deep circles.
Switch sides.
and we're going to drop down to the side
push the hip down
and slowly come up
switch sides
push down
again nice deep stretch, keep the core tight
and you can
stretch the neck here
I'm going to walk the hands around.
Walk back to the left, right side.
And then we're going to just lay down on the ground, grab your strap, and you're going
to just hook the strap onto your foot.
And we're just going to do those circles.
and reverse
And then we're going to windshield wiper left and right.
stretch the leg down as far as you can
use the strap to help the foot
keep this hip down on the ground
You might not get all the way down to the ground, that's okay.
Go where you can.
Pull the leg up, and stretch the other side.
Extend your arm out.
You can look in the direction of your arm.
Keep your abdominal squeezed tight.
Slowly come up and we're going to switch legs.
We're going to start with the circles.
Go at your own pace.
Now we're going to windshield wiper left and right.
And then slowly drop it down.
