Hello everybody, welcome to today's lesson.

So today we're going to do a waterfall pose.

We're also going to do the glass version of it.

And we're going to do a little bit of stretching with the yoga straps.

So grab a yoga block and I'm just going to lay down.

Bring the legs up.

And just give yourself a minute to relax here.

Allow your shoulders to fall heavy.

And then we're going to put the feet slowly up.

And they can be together or they can be separated.

And flex your feet.

And just allow the body to relax here.

You can very gently start moving the ankles left and right.

And you can do some ankle circles.

And switch direction.

Relax the feet.

Now you can also do these against the wall or if you have a couch.

Just put your legs up against the bottom of the couch.

So if you're comfortable with this, that's great.

If you want to move on to the advanced version, you're going to take the yoga block and put it under your hips.

And you're going to roll up.

And then put the feet up on the yoga block.

And that's just going to change the angle of your hips a little bit.

So then you're going to keep your feet together.

You can point and flex.

And we're going to circle the feet here again.

And...

And reverse.

And then you can hold on to the block.
