Welcome back everybody. So today we're going to work on pigeon pose, opening the hips.

So we're going to start fingertips, palm, wrist. Lower the pelvis. And then exhale and round the pelvis.

And you can drop back into ******* pose if you like. Stretch, really reach your arms up.

And then bring it back. You're going to feel that underneath the arm.

And I do a lot of arm stretching since my surgery. Otherwise I get what's called a roping, which happens from everything being...

When you've got scar tissue, you've got to keep it moving. Otherwise it gets sore.

Alright, so alternate the arms here.

And we'll do a quick thoracic spine opener. So hand in the middle, fingertips, palm, wrist.

Bring your hand to your shoulder, stretch it up. You're going to shift everything to the front.

Push it to the back, push it to the center.

You might feel a little shaky. Bring it down.

Let's do a couple here. Push to the center.

And then we'll open that spine up.

And then we'll open it up.

So it's the left side, it's the right side that's pulling.

It's kind of telling me that there's something under this area.

And it just happens from non-use or from overuse.

These ones I don't feel anything.

It's telling me there's something on the right underneath there somewhere.
