And it's important to do different things with different parts of your body.

And you want to do it daily, so try to keep your routine exciting for you.

And you're in charge. Like every day you wake up, maybe you feel tighter on one side one day,

maybe your hips don't hurt one day, maybe your arms hurt the next day.

Your body's constantly changing like evolution.

So just kind of work wherever you feel like.

Working with your face, your neck, your shoulders.

See how we're feeling today. Where are you the tightest?

Do you notice you're really tight in your hips today?

Maybe the bottoms of your feet are sore.

Maybe even your wrists are sore.

Or if you've got a carpal tunnel, just move your hands, your neck, your shoulders.

So I'm really feeling in my neck and shoulders lately.

My head, my neck feels tight, my shoulders feel tight.
