What was your best move? Offensive or defensive?
Defensive. I was always down. I always chose down.
Just like escapes and sprawls and stuff?
Yeah.
Cool.
And then I did freestyle for one summer. That was fun.
Yeah, freestyle is fun. You can just launch and there's not many rules.
There's no back points or shit like that.
Yeah, and there's a five point throw which is where the hips go in 360 parking motion.
So you just completely scoop them. That's pretty neat.
Cool. Alright. So who do we have over in this corner?

I was with them in high school and went to Nationals for freestyle and played there.
I got a pretty good pre-offensive wrestler. I got a really good front headlock which is where you choke a guy out.
I can choke a guy out in like three to four seconds.
That's good to know.
I got really good at it. I choked many of the opponents out. It was pretty fun.
Okay. Now, Paul, are you nervous?
No.
Don't choke Paul, okay?
No, no, no.
That would be good.
When practicing you don't go for the kill. Only in matches.
