This is Claire, who learned to drive at our school last year.
It's thanks to her that we have the best pass rate of any driving school in the country.
It was a very different story eight months ago though. We'd opened the school five years ago and competition was fierce.
Our pass rate was below average and we were losing students to other schools.
Claire was a hopeless driver. She'd already failed her test ten times and
however many lessons she had, she couldn't get the hang of parallel
parking, emergency stops or even how to approach a roundabout.
