Most of the young women in the late 80s and early 90s who flunked out of college and then approached the job market fared very poorly.
Most of these young women probably got pregnant or had early marriages. And you know that the rate for early marriages divorce-wise speaking is very high.
So we're looking at young women who have no marketable skills, who marry young, who really haven't seen any of the world, possibly get pregnant, have ********, and then they're tied down.
And then they find themselves in their late 20s or early 30s without a husband, without job prospects, and possibly relying on the state for help.
Is that something that young women want to do?
