The highest I've seen in Iraq was 138.
I did see down to single digits at some nights.
Afghanistan we've seen down to negative numbers, and I think the highest temperature I've seen
was just a little bit over 100.
So there are these major swings in temperature.
Wow.
I remember it was like my second week I was in Iraq.
It was like 120 degrees all day long.
We got back to the tent, and I was calling it a night, and it was like 98 in the tent,
and we were freezing to death.
But you've got to look, that's like a 30 degree drop in temperature.
