Hey, I'm Nikki and we're gonna do some yoga today. I don't have a ton of yoga
experience, but you know since the gyms are closed I've started working out from
home and I found that you know the best way to relax my body and just get me in
a good mindset is some naked yoga. So we're going to try a few poses, pretty
beginner stuff, and get naked and who knows maybe if I get comfortable enough
we can come.
Alright, so we'll get started.
I always carry a lot of tension in my back.
It would be more effective if my ass is toward you.
Why don't I turn around?
Since this is all about relaxing, why don't I switch things up here?
