It is my absolute pleasure to announce Southern California's brand new Alpha Tau Zeta House.
It's the first of its kind.
I was absolutely overjoyed when San Francisco's chapter designated me to lead this chapter into the next decade.
And I'm absolutely thrilled to have the best of the Class of '84 here by my side.
So without further ado, I'd like to present the Alpha Tau Zeta House.
Ladies, ladies, can I have your attention please?
The press may be gone for now.
However, we will continue to be under heavy scrutiny in the public eye over the next two weeks.
How did the little pep talk go with the new girls?

They're so cute. They remind me of myself when I was a freshman.
