So today, we're going to be stretching.

I've been working on my flexibility in my dance classes and my performing, and I thought we should do it together.

One thing I love about stretching is how meditative it can be.

I love having this chill session, just relaxing together, stretching out our old bones, and gaining some flexibility that we didn't have before.

First of all, I need my shoes off so I can stretch.

And I would recommend you do the same.

I do a lot of ballet and a lot of technique and ballroom, and you really need to be able to move your feet.

So we're going to start off with this leg bent here.

Extend your left leg out.

Hit that pose. Try to point your toes a little bit.

And then, without bending your back as much as possible, move it there.

And then, lean forward.

Don't hunch and lean forward. Lean forward with your hips out.

This is harder than it looks.

Deep breath in, and out.

Deep breath out.

If you can reach forward, do that.

Okay.

Let's do some standing poses.

Okay.

Let's stretch that.

Getting pretty warm in here.

You know what? I think it's a little too warm in here.

When your blood gets flowing, you just start sweating, it's time to take off some clothes.
