Stroke your dick to the beat of the metronome. I'll turn it in faster and faster as we go. When the metronome is on, you can stroke, but you have to hold your breath. When it's off, you can breathe, but no stroking. This video features nice long breath-holding sessions, for more advanced breath players.

Alright friends, today we have got another breath-holding JOI, and I finally got a real
metronome. Are we excited? Yes, of course we are. So, when the metronome is on, you
are stroking to the ****, like this. Alright, so each tap is, let's say, down. Like that.
Because at the bottom, it kind of doesn't quite go fast enough to have it be up, down,
tack, tack, tack. So we're not going to do that. We're going to do tack, tack, tack,
tack. Understood? So you're going, let's say, down on each **** that you can hear.
And while the metronome is on, you are holding your breath. Yeah, that's right. So you're
going to stroke to the ****, and you're going to hold your breath while you do it. Ready?
Take a nice deep breath, because this is your last chance. Get a few good ones in while
you've got time. Alright, ready? Here we go. A little too, a little too fast. We're going
to start even a little bit slower. Just, there we go. Hold it. Breath.
There you go, keep stroking.
Stroke and hold.
These ones so far have been pretty easy, haven't they?
Yeah.
I'll give you a little break.
No stroking, but you can breathe as much as you want to.
