Today we'll be starting with some deep breaths
because it's very important
to be able to regulate your breathing.

then you can do it in day-to-day life.

So just take a deep breath through the nose
and out of the mouth.
We're gonna do two more.
I know I feel relaxed.
I think we should start with some stretches.
So we're just gonna take a full body stretch and go up.
And each stretch is gonna be held for 10 seconds.
So you can tilt back a little and one, two, three, four,
five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10.
And to the left, one, two, three, four, five, six,
seven, eight, nine, 10.
And the right, one, two, three, four, five, six,
seven, eight, nine, and 10.
I was going to continue stretching out the arms.

Get those shoulders nice and stretched.
