Hi everyone, I'm Natasha Nice and welcome to my quick full body workout that you can do anywhere
at any time. This workout is fit for all ages and levels of fitness. All that is required is a mat
and a set of dumbbells. I'm going to let you choose the weight for your dumbbells but please
keep in mind that we will be working our entire bodies today. So try to pick something that's
appropriate for shoulder presses, back flies and lunges. Okay let's begin.
To warm up our entire bodies, we're going to start with 50 jumping jacks. Let's go!
This next exercise, and feel free to get a drink of water or grab a towel if you need to, that's totally fine.
This next exercise is going to work our posterior deltoids, which is the rear of the shoulder here.
So, in order to perform this exercise, you bend at the hip, like so.
With your palms facing each other, keep your arms straight and bring it up to the side like this.
And you should feel the back muscles pinching together, so that's the area where you want to squeeze in order to get the maximum results.
So we're going to do 20 of these.
So bend at the hip, arms down, palms facing each other, let's go.
