Hey, I'm Sharida Bell and I'm here to bring you through a quick workout that you can do
at home with no equipment.
I know a lot of people are stuck at home and sad to be away from their gyms.
So I just want to give you a quick little workout you can do, even if you don't have
a mat.
All right, just remember we're going to do 10 repetitions of every exercise and you can
follow me right along.
First up is jumping jacks.
Nine and ten.
Great.
Now we're gonna do walk downs to plank.
You're gonna stand at the edge of your area,
hands down, walk until you're parallel to the floor,
and up.
And then just take core.
Really shift your belly button in.
Awesome. Come back to jumps.
Nine and ten.
Back to those walk-down planks.
You can do it!
Two more.
Last one.
Shake it out a little bit for a rest.
Nice deep breath.
You can keep your body moving a little
if you need to during the rest.
And catch your breath a little.
All right, next up is squats.
Great for the legs and perfect for the booty.
Let's start with some nice squats with your feet
about hip distance apart.
Come down and up.
And what's really important is that you're not
bringing your knees over your toes.
You're really bringing your hips back.
So let's do 10.
Now you're gonna do squat, cross elbow.
