Hi, I'm Siri welcome to part two of my sexy strength workout

We're going to do a slightly more advanced workout today and we're just going to use

a couple pieces of equipment.

If you don't have the equipment, there are definitely some adjustments you can make and

I'll tell you about them.

But just to start with, you're going to need a light resistance band like this one.

You're going to need a hip band again, just like last time, like this one.

You'll need a chair, just a regular chair, whatever is fine, like a normal height chair.

And a short step or you can also stand at the bottom of a staircase.

And then lastly, an ab wheel.

My favorite.

Okay.

So first we're going to do some band pull-aparts.

It's a chest exercise and it's just really good for like warming up your shoulders and

your upper body.

We're going to do 10 of these.

And just like this.

Just let that band really stretch across your chest.

If you want to get a view of the back.

I don't know maybe I went down the wrong one.

We're just gonna say that that was like five.

Seven, eight, nine, 10.

All right, and then we're gonna do kind of a similar thing.

So you're just gonna hold this.

You can also use like a really long stick

if you just have a really long stick like around your hands.
