Hi guys, so I'm Hannah James and I'm back with another yoga video for you.
So today I'm going to do a simple yoga flow to relax your mind.
You can either watch it and relax or join in.
We're going to start in the top space.
So what you want to do is bring your arms all the way forward and just stretch everything
out, reach your fingers to the top of the head, take a deep breath in and let it go.
Really relax.
Give your time to yourself to relax and let go.
And now reach over to the left side to really stretch out the right side.
You can do the same thing to the other side.
Come back to centre.
Roll all the way up into your cat or cow position.
Look all the way up.
Inhale and exhale.
Let it all go.
Rock forward and backwards.
And manipulate this leg.
And then come into neutral position.
Into this coffee posture.
And you really want to try and drop your chest.
Breathe in and let go.
And come back up.
And we're going to do what we call thread the needle.
You're just going to simply take one arm and thread it through.
And push.
Once you're here, breathe in and let go.
Take the other arm and stretch it out.
Twist forward.
Bring this arm back.
And we're going to repeat on the other side.
Now we come up.
Tuck your toes.
And we're going to come up into our first downward facing dog.
