Alright guys, it's going to be a quick little video.

I'm going to quickly be unflexed.

This is me unflexed right now.

And then I'm going to flex.

Now that's me flexing and that's me flexing.

And my physique's looking pretty good.

I'm losing that lower belly fat that was stubborn for so long.

Here's my back.

And yeah.

And I mentioned in the last video that I've been dieting for like the last,

I don't know, a few months, three, four months,

but I haven't been tracking my calories.

So I was just going off of like, I was just eating whatever.

And that is not the most efficient way to do things.

So I got back into my personal training, like I mentioned in my last video.

And now I have a customized nutrition and training plan suited to me and my

goals with two week consultations with me sending pictures.

And I can always email her or send her a message on WhatsApp if I have any

questions and yeah, it's going really well right now.

And I'm getting more pleased with my physique.

I wouldn't say that I, I feel small though.

I feel small compared to the other guys, but I mean,

when I compare myself to the average person walking around, I,

I have to admit I look pretty good. Right.

My stats are 190 centimeters. So six, three, the last time I weighed myself,
