An Italian JamesBond from a rival tickling company has broke into the studio to steal the plans for a new bondage device. Marco has inside information that the blueprints are hiding underneath the floor mats in the new tickling room, right where the new device will be. He starts to read them and thinks his job has been easy, but he doesn't realize that he has been double crossed and the Serial Tickler has been waiting for him in the closet. Distracted, Marco doesnt see the Tickler coming who quickly subdues him. Marco wakes restrained and he isnt sure what is going to happen. To his surprise he is being tickled and he hates it, but he must be taught a lesson. The Serial Tickler doesn't want to interrogate him, he knows a start up Italian company is after his business and Marco only got to read some useless plans. His sole purpose is to punish him, to make him beg for mercy.
